0165 (2,a): licensor observed two screws measuring less than one inch detached from an object that is underneath the bathroom sink and accessible to children 0165(2,c): licensor observed cord and wires underneath the sink cabinet, in the cabinet near the fridge, in one of the cabinets in the kitchen across from the dishwasher, and in two drawers in the kitchen area. 0165(2,d): licensor observed plastic bag in the cabinet near the fridge in one of the daycare space and plastic bag underneath kitchen cabinet where cups are located. 0165(3,f): licensor observed a shelving unit in one of the licensed spaces not secured. 0165 (3,b): licensor observed a lighter in the drawer in the kitchen. 0165(4,e): licensor observed the water temperature at 121.6 degrees. 0165(5,g): licensor observed cell phone plugged into the outlet near a sink.
